Where is my mind?

(Placebo - Where is my mind? [Pixies cover])

Or another question that could have been asked: Where is my Internet connection?
At least now it is working. I'm not even excusing my absence this time.
Well, there could be so much to tell. I'm doing the short version now:
I really love my studies, though it seems now like Internet Computing could have been another good choice for me.
And in the lecture hall I already have got a usual place with the best view:

the subject was History of German Law, since it's optional there are only few there...
And a fast summary of the metal festival I attended: Loud, heavy, very loud and fuck I forgot my camera. The people were fun, except for one, but that's a long story...
The best bands for me were Ektomorf, a Hungarian metal band, Die Apokalyptischen Reiter, the bit of As I Lay Dying I saw, Dark Funeral and Amon Amarth. Bolt Thrower had the better sound, but somehow they didn't catch my interest. Well, some pictures I took with my phone before the battery ran too low:

as I lay dying

another bad one

Die Apokalyptischen Reiter, they had an amazing live show

the most awesome car around
this one was also at the Reiter. Creepy keyboarder with saw-like decoration :D

Well, and because this blog should stay a fashion blog in the first place...
Outfit-post!
the bag is new, I'm so in love with it, I was searching for one in this size for so long!

And now I hope I'm doing more posts... it's unbelievable, just the second week of studying and I already have so much to study. Well, more because of Chinese than anything else... and okay, I'm partying too much. But that's uni housing, there's always something going on.

Have a nice week!

Who needs love?

(Razorlight - who needs love?)

Hey there guys,
yeeeeeah, I've got time for blogging again! Everything's over. All the stress, all the "you have to get up early", all this being surrounded by so many people, all this hugging and screaming. Suddenly there's silence. Strange somehow, but relaxing.

Well, let's start this post with Friday. Last show. Somehow strange it's over. And I don't know why I've got drunk after two glasses of whiskey and a half glass (not even half I guess) of absinthe. Maybe 'cause I didn't eat anything the whole day. Maybe because I didn't drink for weeks ('cause I took antibiotics) or maybe even because of the antibiotics, Friday was the last day of my 10-days treatment (another thing I'm glad about. No pills anymore!). However, three o'clock was way too early and I felt way too drunk. But I didn't had a hangover next morning. If I remember correctly, I never ever had a real hangover. And this was the first or second time I felt drunk, but I guess I wasn't even drunk, 'cause when I was home I felt pretty well. Hm, enough about that. I shouldn't blog about drinking experiences :D I'm just glad I didn't have to drive home. That's another thing why I usually don't drink when I'm out.

Eeeeehm... next topic.
Concert. I've been at another festival next day, on Saturday, with a friend of mine and her friend. I wasn't that much of a Razorlight-fan, just knew some songs, but whooo, they were awesome live. Plus the bassist was so strange and funny :D I guess the song I'm posting here was one of my favourites, first of all because of the lyrics. North London Trash also was awesome, In The City strange, disturbing but interesting, as a summary I thought everything sounded waaaay better live than on the records I heard. One thing that bothered me was just how Johnny looked like that day. Sick and ill somehow. Huge lacrimal sacs and shadows under his eyes, very pale... however, his voice was awesome, he jumped down the stage that was too high (I was standing first row and just saw heads and shoulders, not only 'cause I'm short), ran through the audience, I even had to help him climb over the fence again (grabbed his leg 'cause he was almost fallin' down :D poor guy). Another thing that scared me were the great balloons that some guys threw into the audience. I've got a natural fear from balls and stuff (broke my nose once because a football hit my nose and glasses) and the guy next to me had his elbows on the same height as my face was and he always grabbed the balloons...
Before I'm writing too much again, here are some photos I took:

a string broke :D

Johnny, don't run so faaaaaast...

so many people on the hill... and the scary balloons

three strange girls o.o
I'm so in the mood for concerts still... Don't know if I should get myself tickets for Front Line Assembly on 11th September in Munich. Only 22€, and the band is A-W-E-S-O-M-E. But first I need to convince some people to join me. Going on concerts alone is boring. And also I guess I'll run out of money with that many concerts.

Also, please take a minute thinking of the almost 100 people that got killed in Norway. It's harrowing how unsafe we are, how violent extremists are, how they use violence against children and adolescents. Can't finish a post at the moment without mentioning this, because I'm quite affected by these news.

Still have a nice Sunday, I'll spend mine lazy with sleeping, reading and gaming.

I'm really not okay

...'cause I'm still feeling so weirdly happy :D
Well, let me tell just a little. I won't bore you for so long, I promise.
First I'm gonna spare you the details of getting there and how I wanted to kill my friend Charlotte who won all the tickets, because she came so late. That's why we were standing on the sides and not at the "catwalk" where Gerard was standing (or crawling). At least, he sometimes was on the normal stage too. And I saw him even from the side. But I was first row on the side, just in front of Ray, what was a great coincidence because I always filmed his fingers during his guitar-solos (because I still can't figure out some parts while listening to the records). Ehm, well playlist. They played mostly the Danger Days stuff (live waaaaaaay better than on the album), Helena and I'm not okay from the Three Cheers album and Black Parade, Teenagers and Mama from the Black Parade album. Btw., One Night Only were "fucking awesome", as Gerard said. But MCR were fucking more awesome, as I say. Geez, I've got aching neck-muscles from head-banging +___+''
Before I'm writing too much, here some photos:

Question: Can Ray see what he's playing when his hair falls into his face?

By the way, I want Mickey haircut! Well, just cut down on one side. But dark and just the long hair reddish blond. Thanks Mickey for showing me how awesome that is looking :D

Gerard: "Actually I wanted to be a showgirl! Eh? Can I go to Broadway now? Pleeeease? A chorus line should work!"

Frank: "D'ya see that poster there? Strange German girls." - Mickey: "Actually, I just think it's too hot here? Haven't they got a fucking air-condition?"- Gerard: "Juuuuust sleeeeeep - ing..."

funny pose :D

and then, Gerard just was falling asleep. Not - of course.

jep jep, great haircut.

want . his . guitar . *need money...* Btw., he was drinking the same beer-brand we're drinking at home :D

that catwalk I mentioned...

plus confetti-rain at the end. sooooo awesome!

Of course I took some trophies, as a plectrum

And a new band-shirt. Had to upgrade ;)

I spent some time waiting at the railway station, because my male escort (feel greeted Alex ^^) arrived a little later. That gave me the opportunity to shop at the station. Well... I've found a necklace with a scissor and studs. That's why I hadn't got money left at the end of the day...

But I think it was worth it! ;D

Of course I show you what I was wearing. It really was a lolita-skirt in the end, though I didn't wear my best petticoat under it (would be flat at the end of the day, and I haven't ordered the heavier tulle yet) and a band-shirt, at the beginning I even wore heels, but it was too dangerous to wear heels at the concert, so I changed shoes as I arrived at my front row place ;) Didn't want the guys behind me to have aching feet because of me hopping on their foot with heels.

Sorry the last two came out so blurry, guess the camera was not set at the right program. Everyone got such a "Na" poster for Na Na Na. Which was the opener of course! :D

So, if you've read the whole stuff, congratulations. I'm still somehow like on drugs. Of course I came home at 1 o'clock in the morning, but still wasn't tired at the show on Sunday. Didn't even use the hospital bed behind the stage ^^

Have a nice week! *waves goodbye*

MCR Concert Today

(MCR - na na na)

Soon I'm off, today's the MCR and ONO concert in Stuttgart. I'm already sooooo excited that I can't write much. Of course I'll take photos. We've got Special Tickets again, so we're the front row girls :D
Call me front row girl from now on, muhahaha....
(excuse my weirdness today).
By the way, I now have nothing else to do than standing in front of my closet and thinking of a nice outfit for the concert - something more interesting than jeans and band-shirt. So it's lolita skirt and band shirt. Guess I'm really wearing something like that. But for sure I'll wear my beloved three cheers-shirt :D

On a little trip to Cologne

Yesterday I came back from Cologne, well, what a weekend!
A friend of mine won tickets for a Sunrise Avenue concert and asked me if I wanna join her. The band is not exactly my taste of music but hey, it's for free. The only thing that bothered me was: how do I get over 300 km to Cologne without paying too much? For a band I love I'd go even 1000 km, but in this case, I was thinking of not going. At least I've gotta admit: I went there because of the supporting act, one night only.
In the end we two bought a group ticket for 40€, 5 persons, had two guys that joined our train-journey, one guy that was almost from the beginning with us was really handsome and in our age. We had fun during sitting there ;D The only stupid thing was: we just could take the local traffic with our tickets. So it took us 6 hours to get there. But we only had to pay 10€ per person. On our way back we had no passengers, so we paid 20€ (each of us), but that was cheap compared to over 90€ we would had to pay with a high speed train (in which we'd only spend 3 hours). Anyway, we had time. And gaggled all way long. But we were a little tired because we talked on Friday night until Saturday morning 4 o'clock, also because I had a show on Friday evening. Well, not tired. Just...weird.
We arrived at 3 o'clock in the afternoons, so we had time to take a look into the famous dome and took some quick pictures:

We also set down at a little café at the dome and ate cake :D
Then we made our way to the concert, that was better than I expected. We were in front row because we won special tickets. First ONO played. The vibe (one of the fav words of the band's singer I guess :D) wasn't that cool at the beginning. As it always is when thousands of people wait for the main act. I only saw Lotte and me dancing and screaming a little. Maybe there were some others trying to heat up the crowd behind us. I think so, because the guys really were great! Guess I'm a fan now. The singer, George, who has birthday on the same day as I, he's just one year older, modeled for Burberry with Emma Watson. Maybe some girls only screamed because he looked that good. Not my taste, but definitely good lookin. The guitarist was cuter. But as looks doesn't matter, I'm judging because of sound. And they sounded nice.
Some photos here (I made more videos :D)

My friend even screamed "I love you!", which was very funny :D The presenter even came to her asking her to scream into the mic to win a meet&greet. But she didn't want to. Because she's too shy and also because we had to catch the train after the show.
After all that jumping with ONO we saw Sunrise Av. First I thought they were just another nice little pop-rock band. Hitting no note etc. But they were really good musicians! Especially one guitarist (he even danced a little ballet at the end, so funny). Of course the vibe was awesome because almost every one got there to see them, everyone was singing along, they did a little medley of famous songs in strange versions, of course their own songs, well, nice. I jumped and danced, though I'm more the head-banging type (okay, the music wasn't metal enough for that). Here too, a little photo:
The singer was so funny :D
We got to the aunt of my friend at midnight by train, stayed over night, talked til 2 o'clock or more, really a nice family, we had terrible thunder and in the train home in the morning we met two girls that we got to know at the concert. At 2 in the afternoons I got home, got a decent meal (the only one since three days) and slept two hours before I had another show. It was really surprising that I didn't fall asleep in the breaks when we didn't have to dance. It also was surprising that I didn't make terrible mistakes because of sleepiness.

For my conclusion: Concerts that far away on such a hot day are a sweaty thing. I dressed up so nicely but felt so not nice because of that. Note to self: I should wear a hat on a concert or festival open air every time now. Great cover for sun-haters like me. Also great cover against photographers. But next time: No vests! On the other hand I'd felt incomplete without a matching vest only wearing black jeans and a shirt.
Oh and now it is official for me:
Festival season has begun! Even without me at Rock am Ring :D
But next time I'll save some money for RAR. I'm so jealous of a friend who was there this WE.
Reminder: My Chemical Romance is next on the list. 2nd of July also on that Coke-promotion-anniversary-whatever tour, as this concert. We HAVE to win tickets. And ONO is there again ^_-
